But I will tell you that all the calorically dense food you have been viewing as off limits may not be as bad as you’ve been told. Lesson three will focus on the importance of fat within a healthy diet. We’ll identify healthy versus unhealthy fats. Ultimately, we’ll clear fat’s bad rap and work to welcome it back into our diet.
